Church Minded Vs. Kingdom Minded

Church Minded Vs. Kingdom Minded

We hear a lot today about church growth and church growth is good. A healthy church should be growing just like a healthy person should grow. A healthy church cannot help but grow!

A lot of churches are starting to evaluate every program according to how much it helps the church grow. Evaluation is good and healthy as long as we look at the big picture. The big picture that I am talking about is the Kingdom of God.

Matt. 6:33 says that if we seek first the kingdom of God that all these things will be added unto us. We do not seek his kingdom to get what we want, but as we seek first the kingdom of God our lives and ministry cannot help but grow.

Church growth cannot be the only reason we do certain programs or cut certain programs in our local churches. There is a much higher calling to grow the kingdom of God.

Jesus said in the great commission to go into all the world and make disciples. Those people that need to be reached and discipled in all the world don’t just include people from our local communities that will attend our local churches.

A lot of times when people look at having a Kid’s Crusade or family outreach event they count how many families return after the event and judge whether they should continue having this kind of events in the future.

A lot of times we see great growth in our local churches from such events, but sometimes it does not effect the growth of our local body however it effects the growth of the kingdom of God.

Now I am not saying that we should not evaluate the effectiveness of a certain ministry or outreach events. We should evaluate everything we do to find out if it reached the goals we had for the event and how we can be more effective in reaching these goals during future events. However, our goal should not just be getting new people to come to our church. It should be part of it, but not the entire goal.

When I was on staff as a children’s pastor, I would ask myself what is the goal of any given event and how can we best achieve this goal. A lot of times we do an event just because we have always done this event.

When looking at the event of a traditional VBS and seeing the large budget it required and the manpower from our church, I would ask myself what the goal of VBS was. Was it to encourage the Christian children in our church to grow or to outreach into the community? Being the evangelist that I am and knowing that my children were well taught in children’s church my goal for most large events was outreach.

Then, I would ask myself if we were achieving that goal through the current VBS program. Most VBS curriculums are designed to teach bible truths around a certain theme for the year and not to see children born again and made disciples. VBS programs in some communities have turned into nothing more than a baby sitting service to the parents of the community. Kids jump from VBS to VBS every week during the summer just to have something to do while their parents are at work. Churches even work together to make sure that every week in the summer is covered by a different church and that everyone is not using the same curriculum. Most VBS curriculums have been watered down so that it is not offensive to anyone to get more children to attend. Sure there is a small amount of Bible in the curriculum, but in its self is not anything that will change a life for eternity.

After evaluating the program and seeing that my goal was outreach and evangelism, I decided to change to more of a Kids Crusade format. I do not call it a Kid’s Crusade because the un churched community does not understand the term and usually associate it with the crusades of the dark ages.

I have always been a kingdom minded person. Probably because Matt. 6:33 was one of the first scriptures that really came alive to me as a teen.

We will not always see church growth as a result of an event or program; however we must ask our self if the kingdom grew because of the event or program. Now I am not talking about loosely using the phrase …

“If we touched one child it is worth it”

It is worth it to touch the life of one child. We do not know what that child will become. Maybe this child might become the next Billy Graham or something. But why should we only touch the life of one child during the event? While we are touching their live why not touch the lives of hundreds more. If only one child is reached we should ask ourselves how we can reach more next time and make the adjustments to our program, advertising, and marketing of the event to the community to reach more people.

We recently ministered at a church that had us in and had small crowds each night. Mostly church kids and a few un churched friends attended. The same children came forward each evening during the invitation to be born again. A few people that did not attend the church came forward, but it was mostly the children from their church. I would say around 20 children were born again despite having around 50 children respond to the invitation during the 3 day event. I could see where the pastor might be discouraged and consider not having this type of event in the future because of the cost of the program and the results he saw.

No one new that a friend of mine from facebook attended the service from a neighboring town one of the evenings with a group of children including her 7 year old daughter. She had seen on facebook where we were going to be ministering at this church and wanted to come and check out our ministry.

After the event I received the following e-mail from my facebook friend…

"Thanks for inviting us. I'm sorry we couldn't make all three days. The kids I brought LOVED it, they want you to come to our church. My daughter who's 7 also came with me on Monday night. She has been telling people in her class and in our congregation how she is "born again" and "how God gave her a clean heart". This is HUGE coming from a very Traditional Presbyterian Church. So thank you. You have encouraged me to change my Sunday School curriculum and change the direction of my ministry to be more evangelism based. I'll be back in touch soon after speaking with our finance committee to discuss scheduling a Jubilee Gang event at our church.”

This was worth the whole event to see the lives of these young people changed and to see the possibility of an entire children’s ministry at another church become more evangelistic because of the children’s pastor attending this meeting.

I also received a testimony from a children’s pastor in VA that was born again at a Kids Crusade at a church that he did not attend and never attended except for the Kid’s Crusade where he was born again. Below is his story…

“When I was 5 years old my parents took me to see a traveling children’s evangelist who was ministering in a local church. At the end of the service I asked Jesus into my heart for the first time. My family and I never went back to that church but found ourselves planted in another local church where we grew in Christ. I often think about that first church where I found Jesus. I’m so grateful that church had a kingdom mindset when it came to outreach. Many churches see the goal of outreach as a way to boost attendance numbers. Outreaches are evaluated by measurable returns, but the Bible reminds us that we’re here to build a kingdom…not just our own church. I’m grateful for ministries like the Jubilee Gang who spend their time spreading the seed of God’s word into young hearts. And I’m grateful that this first church had a kingdom mindset that allowed me to hear the gospel for the first time. Their measurable return may be considered insufficient by many churches today but I will be eternally grateful to God for them.”

This is what it is all about folks! As a result of this church being kingdom minded this young child was born again and is now a children’s pastor at a large church that is affecting hundreds if not thousands of lives.

It would be wrong to not give a testimony from a church that did not see growth from a Kids crusade at their church. I received the following letter from a church in OK where a child was born again during the kids crusade and went home and told his mother about Christ and led her to the lord…

“Our pastor's wife was teaching a Wednesday night class and a mom was helping. The mom brought in her form that we have everyone fill out before they help in children's church. Pastor's wife looked at the form and saw that the mom got saved in October and asked her about it.

The mom's two kids came to the crusade and heard about being born again. The boy came to the front to pray. (That's awesome at that) That night when they got home, they told their mom about being born again and the mom got saved in her living room that night and has been faithful to church ever since.”

We would have never have know this if the pastor’s wife had not asked some questions. The kingdom was affected by this event!

When evaluating events and programs let make sure that we are not cutting a program that is affecting the Kingdom when we do not see our church numbers increase.

Why The Red Book?

I have spent over 38 years in ministry. I have sat on every side of the table—as a volunteer, a volunteer leader, a kids’ pastor and senior pastor.

Until a few years ago, I was the kids’ pastor at Living Word Christian Center, one of the largest churches in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have pretty much seen and done it all.

The Red Book is not about everything in kids’ ministry, but it is about the things that really matter.

The Red Book is about the things that don’t change.

What people are saying about Jubilee Gang Family Events

What Pastors and Parents across America are saying about...  JUBILEE GANG FAMILY EVENTS

This was an awesome weekend for our church. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest truly enjoyed the ministry of Jubilee Gang. We were looking for something for the whole family and Jerry and Candy did just that. They were a joy to be around and were flexible to what we wanted from an event. They have a heart to see people saved and discipled, and that shows through in their ministry. You will not be disappointed by having them at your church.
-Pastor Bill Harman Bolt Church of God Bolt, WV

As a Pastor it is such a blessing to know that there are ministries that we can trust with our Church. Evangelists Jerry and Candy of Jubilee Gang bring a Bible Based and gospel focused ministry that not only touches children, but people of all ages. We have had Jubilee Gang in our church several times and we are always blessed as we see people born again. The Family Services lead people of all ages to Jesus
Pastor Ed Akers Victorious Living Church Grove City, OH

We had an excellent family event with Jubilee Gang Ministries! Their presentation was filled with excitement, video, music, games, crowd interaction, but most importantly, the Word of God taught at a level that everyone could grasp it and leave with nuggets of ‘truth’! We love the Moyer’s and highly recommend them!
Pastor Tim & Gwen Shuttlesworth  Calvary Temple Freemont, WV

One of the best Gospel presentations for kids and the whole family I've ever had at our church. I almost got saved again myself. This ministry is fun in the temporal, and soul-saving in the eternal.
-Pastor Ken Peters Covenant Church Spokane, WA

Jerry Moyer and the Jubilee Gang is where it’s at! As a Next Generation Leader myself I was very interested in checking out their presentation. Let me tell you, I took my own children, and the Jubilee Gang is Moreno kids approved. And what’s even better is that this amazing crew offers something for the whole family! Thank you Jubilee Gang for the amazing ministry that you are and for dedicating your lives to reaching the next generation for Christ!
Esther Moreno Parent and Children's Ministry Leader

Our church had a 3-day family event with the Jubilee Gang and it was beyond amazing! Too see so many children and families actively engaged and coming to the alter to give their lives to Christ. Jerry and Candy have a true passion for our Lord and what they do! This event changed not only my children but myself as well. You could truly feel the presence of the Holy Spirit upon us. Every service was a new experience and left you hungry for more. New ways to look at your relationship with Christ and seek more of him! If given the chance to attend one of their events, GO it's a must!!!!
-Jessica Jeffers Mother in Springfield, OH

Oh my goodness! Love love the Jubilee Gang with Jerry and Candy. Not just a kids ministry but great content for the whole family. Spokane Christian Center was blessed this weekend. If you are thinking about something unique for your church this is it. They are Incredible!
Pastor Linda Sharkey Spokane Christian Center Spokane, WA

Our Church had a 3-day family outreach with the Jubilee Gang. In my 10 years of serving on our Pastoral staff, this is the best thing we have ever done. Many kids of all ages responded to Jesus, as well as a few adults. Jerry and Candy love Jesus and kids.......they work very hard. Your church will be blessed by their ministry.
-Pastor Jackie Mounts First Assembly of God Springfield, OH

The Jubilee Gang ministering to family's is a fantastic way to bring families together in worship, teaching, and fun. Jerry brings learning to a new and fun way that kids and adults can retain what they've learned. I know for myself the song he had everyone come forward kneeling and worshiping to "I Want More of You" I can't get out of my head. He teaches scriptures and life lessons at all levels. Loved all the new media and lights. We need more Jerry & Candy's spreading God's Word to our families and having revivals in our communities.
Pastor Gwen Breinig Christian Life Center Merced, CA

Jerry and Candy are awesome! Their love for children proves out each time they set up or tear down their set. It's no small process. I'm thankful and honored to know them and to have had them minister at my church. My Lead Pastor was so impressed that he had them do a Sunday morning service as a family service. I can't say enough about how great their programs are and how well they produce them. The ultimate reason I chose to have Jubilee Gang come to my church was that Jerry knows the importance of leading children and families to Jesus. The event is great, but the reason they do what they do is to lead people to Jesus. The altar service was always awesome, we saw many families impacted and several gave their hearts to Christ for the first time. If you really want to reach children and families for Jesus, the Jubilee Gang is a great choice (tool). They are awesome. It's rare in child evangelism to find people who are about salvations, not just the entertainment.
- Brenda Bernard Loch Lynn Church of God in Oakland, Maryland

We were so blessed by the ministry of The Jubilee Gang. This was our second event with them. In the words of one of our grandmas who was with us each night "I was so blessed by and impressed with this ministry! Not only did they bring the truth of God’s word in a powerful way, but, it ministered to all ages! Something for everyone there. From the youngest to the oldest! ". If you are serious about seeing the truth of the gospel presented to your children and adults in a meaningful and fun way, this is a sure thing!
Sharon Worley Pastor’s Wife Christian Life Assembly in Picayune, MS

The Jubilee Gang is just incredible! Over the years in ministry, I have had the Jubilee Gang do our District Kids' Camp, District Family/Kids Camp (Kids Track), and I have also had them here at my local church a couple of times. Every time, they were excellent to work with, organized, fun, exciting, and the kids (and adults) LOVED them! They were great in working with kids, volunteers, everyone. The Jubilee Gang is also VERY engaging for people of all ages. I love it when they put the verses to a beat- I still have some of the verses memorized from listening to them. Everyone enjoyed the high energy, fun, and creativity of the Jubilee Gang. I would highly recommend them for your next Camp, VBS, family/kids event, or any special event. You will not be disappointed.
-Pastor Amanda Rose Hillside Wesleyan Church North Street, MI and East MI District of the Wesleyan Church

The Jubilee Gang is awesome. It is a fast paced, attractive family ministry that is very bible based. Even our adults were stoked about having them!  I would recommend this ministry to any bible believing church! It is VERY effective and Jerry always lays out the gospel in a way that kids (and adults) can understand it!
-Pastor Robert Cox Living Waters Fellowship Chico, TX

The Jubilee Gang presents the gospel in a clear way to children, teens and adults! We had them in during our family camp and around 50 people responded to the altar call to receive Jesus! I enjoyed the engaging memory verse chants/rap, fun games, and messages. Great for all!
-Tonya Hockenberry New Castle, PA

We have had the Jubilee Gang in to minister for several consecutive years now and it's hard to put into words have fantastic they are. Jerry and Candy are anointed to minister to not only children but to families as a unit and people of all ages enjoy their ministry. Their presentation of the Gospel is done in a way that children can understand and yet adults can benefit also. Every year they come back the presence of the Lord seems stronger! Many times in the Bible we see Jesus ministering and loving on the children. We believe that Jerry & Candy are following in His footsteps and making a huge difference in the lives of many children around the world! They have truly made a difference in Oasis Church this week and we are looking forward to having them back with us as soon as possible.
Pastor Teresa Reeves Oasis Church Oxford, MS

The ministry of the Jubilee Gang is outstanding. Jerry's wording throughout the evening is clear enough for the younger kids, yet those same words speak right to the hearts of teens and adults. In other words, the "Family Event" is definitely for the entire family!
-Pat Polo Pastor’s Wife Old Union Christian Union Church Lawson, MO

Jubilee Gang visited our church in Elkins, WV at the beginning of August and they did a phenomenal job. It seemed like Satan was attacking our church and everyone that week. However, God had different plans and we saw over 50 souls won to Jesus Christ that week. It was one of those moments and weeks that I will remember for a long time. There is nothing like seeing an altar full with entire families worshipping and seeking God together. They really did minister to the entire family, and lives were changed!
Adam West Children’s Pastor Family Worship Center Church of God Elkins, WV

The Jubilee Gang is awesome! Jerry not only makes teaching kids fun, but also he is deep and takes spiritual formation to the next level! I found myself being ministered to and taking to heart what was spoken by God through him. His altar calls and real worship time is excellent!
-Chris Siordia Pastor to Children and Families Waynesburg, First Church of the Nazarene Waynesburg, PA

We had Jubilee Gang for the first time this past year and it was amazing! Not only did the kids have fun but the adults did as well (we had 2 family services on Sunday). It was precious to see children come forward with their parents and give their hearts to the Lord. I highly recommend the Moyer's and their ministry, you will not be disappointed!
Pastor Bob Trombi City Park Church in Gresham, OR

We was so honored to have the Jubilee Gang for four nights. Love how it is broken down so everyone can understand from the youngest to the oldest. You can see the passion that Jerry and Candy have for this ministry. It is a ministry for families not just a children's ministry. It allows families to come together and have fun learning about God and having a relationship with Him. It was awesome and the presence of the Lord was there. Seeing young and old being touched by God....priceless!
Judy Weaver Wardell, MO

We just had an amazing experience with the Jubilee Gang at Livingston County Assembly of God. Their ministry touched everyone in the whole family. Everyone was involved in the fun. God moved and touched many hearts.
Pastor Joel Paine Livingston County Assembly of God

We had a great time this week with Pastor Jerry and Candy. The delivery of the Gospel was spot on. The program was Fun for all ages. And the Family worship was awesome. Definitely not just a kids program but a program for the whole family.
Pastor Danny Budd Oasis Church Oxford, MS

Jerry and Candy Moyer are more than a ministry to children. They have dedicated their lives to restoring families. They have been given a platform to create an atmosphere where families can lean into the gospel and "whole households" coming to the Kingdom. You might think, it's just a children's ministry. Maybe. But this weekend it put a smile and anticipation on faces from 2 to 102.
Why is that so important? Because in a society of gadgets, 140 characters, and moving screens it's important to grab the attention of our generation. I watched this weekend kids "leaning into" the gospel and parents enjoying their families in church. We celebrate over 20 commitments and rededication's to Christ while The Jubilee Gang was with us.
Pastor Timothy Minks Life Center 4 Square church in Terre Haute, IN

My husband and I have raised our little boy, Caleb, in church! He has been at church every week his entire life .... every Sunday and Wednesday, like clockwork!! My husband and I are committed and work in the children's department at our church, so being in church is like being home to Caleb! Our children's pastor is AMAZING, and is like a family member! She teaches spiritual truths and the real meat to our children! We are incredibly blessed to have such an engaged and anointed woman pastor our little ones!!!
Having said all that .... let me say thank YOU!! When you and your wife came to Calvary in Hammond last Summer, Caleb, along with my eldest granddaughter, Emilee, committed their lives to serving Jesus!!!
Although they both have been raised in church and are completely familiar with everything about being in an environment of church, having Jubilee Gang come in helped draw them out of their "comfort zones" and drew them into a place of connecting to a level that reached their spirits deeply!!
Evangelistic children's ministry is rare. Your call and anointing is powerful and helps solidify what wonderful and committed children pastors teach/preach every week!! Thank you, for listening to God's call on your life and obeying the prompting of The Spirit!!! Please never forget ..... IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE to "churched" and "unchurched" kids every where you go!!!!!!

2016 Jubilee Gang Ministries year end update

Another year is coming to an end, and as we reflect over this year, we are so grateful to you of your support and prayers for the Jubilee Gang. It's because of you we are able to keep on ministering to children and families across America.  We deeply appreciate you!
We have had another amazing year and saw so many lives touched, both children and adults. This year we have traveled over 34,000 miles, ministered in 18 states, 39 churches, including 7 community outreaches, 2 camps, and 1 children’s home.  We had around 1150 salvations during our events. We have also done many family events where we have seen entire families come to the altar.
At Thanksgiving we were privileged to partner with Westgate Chapel in Edmonds, WA for a community outreach. This church fed 3 groups of over 400 people at different times. They fed them a great Thanksgiving dinner, gave away door prizes, we then gave a 30 minute gospel presentation, and finished up with pumpkin pie.  It was amazing watching them feed this many people in a 2-hour span before the next group of people came in. They fed over 1200 people in all this day. And after their meal they could visit the food and clothing bank. It was such a blessing to be a part of this outreach. We had 64
salvations at this event. We finished up our year here in our home town at New Life Church of Springfield with a family event. We had 22 salvation at this event including children, teens, and adults.
God Bless you, and we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Salvation is a FREE gift, that will cost you everything.

I have noticed that when Christians describe their relationship with Jesus, they usually say “Jesus is my Lord and Savior.” Many times, it’s said so fast that it’s all slurred together like “Lordandsavior.” Like it’s all one word. Over the last several decades the church has focused a lot on the savior part and with much teaching on grace as of late most people understand that salvation is a free gift that is paid for with the blood of Jesus that washes away our sin, so we can be born again.
What I have not heard a lot about is that even though Salvation is a free gift it will cost you everything.

I can hear people saying now. “Well how’s that? If it’s free how does it cost anything?”

Well, it cost God his only son.

It cost Jesus his Life.

It will cost us our life.

Salvation is FREE! There is nothing we can do to deserve it. It was paid for with the blood of Jesus. That’s why it’s called grace. We cannot earn it. Grace is an unearned favor. If you ask someone for a $5 favor you’re are asking them for $5 that you did not earn. It is not owed to you. We needed a huge favor from God and there is no way we could possibly earn it, pay for it, or be good enough to deserve it. Ephesians 2:8 says that “we are saved by grace through faith not of ourselves. It is the gift of God not by works.” Salvation is a gift from God that cannot be earned by good works. Most people have a pretty good grip on this part of the gospel.

What I feel we don’t have a good grip on is the Lord part. Romans 10:9 says “If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved”.

Sure, Jesus wants to be our savior or he would not have died on the cross, so we can be born again. But he also wants to be our Lord. The following Scriptures are things that Jesus said that we have not heard a lot about over the last several decades.

If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15

Jesus said to his disciples, "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” Matthew 16:24

Deny yourself means that we quit doing things our way and start doing things God’s way. When people in the bible times took up a cross only one thing happened. They died. We must die to ourselves and live unto God. Many times, dying hurts! When we die to our plans and take up God’s plans many times it will hurt. It will hurt because we really wanted to do certain things and now God might want us to do something different.

Jesus wants to be our Lord. Here in America we really don’t understand what Lord means like people in some other countries do. Lord means boss, master, we love what he loves and hate what he hates. When Jesus is our lord that means, we have turned our back on our way of doing things and we only do things His way. It will cost you everything to make Jesus your Lord. It will cost you your life. It will cost you your dreams and ambitions for your life for his dreams and ambitions for your life. Your plans and purposes for your life for his plans and purposes for your life. It’s not just saying “Jesus is my “Lordandsavior.” It actually means doing something. Doing his will for our life no matter what it cost us. Giving up our will for his will.

Jesus said in Luke 6:46 Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say”?

He said in Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”

I believe that too many times we have presented the gospel to people emphasizing the Free gift of salvation and say to people “come say this simple prayer and you will be saved” and have not told them that Jesus wants to be their Lord. When we have said make him your Lord and savior we have not explained what Lord means.

Salvation is a free Gift! But following Jesus will cost you everything!

I think we have done people a big disservice by presenting a one-sided message. Everyone wants a “FREE GIFT” especially one that will get you out of hell and into heaven. People have not really understood what they were getting into. Then after they find out that Jesus wants their whole life, their will, their everything they say to themselves “I did not sign up for all this” and many times fall away.

I have often wondered why so many Christians ride the fence with one foot in the church and one foot in the world. They want just enough of God to escape their problem, but not enough of God to fulfill His purpose. When evaluating how we have presented the message of salvation it’s no wonder we have so many halfhearted Christians that have said a prayer and might be born again but are not living for God. There is no difference in them and the world. They never really understood that this “FREE GIFT” was going to cost them anything. So, we have our American version of Christianity where we love our American lifestyle and culture so much, that we are not willing to conform it to God’s will for our life. We are not willing to give up anything to follow Jesus; and Jesus wants it all.
I realize that some may say aren’t you preaching a works salvation by talking like this?
To that I would say NO!

We are not saved by our good works. We are saved unto good works. Paul said in Ephesians 2:10 "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them". The change in our heart when we are born again will produce the good works. Sure, we have a will we can choose not to listen to our heart and not do the will of our father, but if Jesus is really Lord of your life then you will want to do the will of your heavenly father.

When we are born again there is a change in our spirit man. According to Romans 5:5 God puts his love in our heart. That love will cause us to want to do good. As we listen to that love in our heart and obey it, we will follow God’s plan for our life.

Families Worshiping together at our Family event in Picayune, MS

Last weekend we ministered at Christian Life Assembly in Picayune, MS.
During this 3 day event we saw around 20 people make Jesus Lord of their live including an entire family on Oct. 31st during a family outreach event.

Testimony from the road:

We were so blessed by the ministry of The Jubilee Gang. This was our second event with them. In the words of one of our grandmas who was with us each night "I was so blessed by and impressed with this ministry! Not only did they bring the truth of Gods word in a powerful way, but, it ministered to all ages! Something for everyone there. From the youngest to the oldest! ". If you are serious about seeing the truth of the gospel presented to your children and adults in a meaningful and fun way, this is a sure thing!

Jubilee Gang Ministries Update

2016 has been a great year so far!

To date we have ministered in over 30 churches and camps, and have seen 988 people come forward to be born again and make Jesus Lord of their life. We have already traveled from coast to coast from VA to CA & AL to MN and then up to Canada and what seems like everywhere in between this year. We still have 5 more events during the last 2 1/2 months of this year.

In Nov. we will be heading out to WA state where we will be ministering in Edmonds, WA on Thanksgiving day. During this event we will be ministering to many homeless people and immigrants that have never heard the Gospel. We will be doing three 1/2 hour programs where the Gospel will be presented and people will have an opportunity to make Jesus Lord of their life as well as being fed an awesome thanksgiving meal provided by WestGate Chapel. I am very excited about this opportunity to share Jesus with people that have never heard the Good News! This is what it's all about folks!

We will also be doing a community family outreach in Port Angeles, WA at Eastern Hills Community Church while we are in WA state.

New Jubilee Gang Stage Update:

Over this year we have been raising and saving money for our new stage that will be a LED video wall background. We have saved and raised around $20,000 toward this project. The cost of the entire stage is around $60,000 however we are doing it in 2 phases. The first phase is the center section which will be a 12' X 8' Video Wall. The cost for this section is $40,000. We have been and continue to be an anti loan family and ministry. However, at this time we felt like it was the right thing to do by borrowing $20,000 to complete this 1st phase, plus replace a few lights that are starting to not work properly. We are trusting God for this money to come in to pay off this loan ASAP. When this is paid off we will invest in the rest of the stage which will cost another $20,000.
This project has been a huge stretch for us. I debated for over a year if we really wanted to go this direction. I don't personally make $60,000 in over 3 years. However, after much prayer and consulting with several pastors we respect and our board, we decided to move forward with this project.
I have said many times that my motto for life has always been "Dream a dream so big that unless God does it, it will not happen." This project has given me the opportunity again to practice what I preach.  Someone once said, "God never gives you a dream that matches your budget. He's not checking your bank account, He is checking your faith."

Family God Encounter in Front Royal, VA.

Families around the altar going after more of God.
Last week we ministered to the families of Dynamic Life Praise & Worship Center in Front Royal, VA.

Again it was awesome to see entire families learn together, worship together, have fun together, and experience God together.

We saw 54 children, teens, & adults come forward to be born again and make Jesus Lord of their life during 4 services. Several times the altar was packed with parents & grandparents with their children and grandchildren going after more of God and seeking more of Him together during worship.

Testimonies from the Road

Our church was so blessed to have the Jubilee Gang's ministry this past week. They bring a relevant, impacting message for people of all ages. The pace of their presentation is engaging and keeps the audience interested and involved from start to finish.
We could tangibly sense the presence of God during the ministry time around the altar. This was a very special time for us as a church family, with all ages present.
The Jubilee Gang has a great ministry and is doing an outstanding job sharing the gospel across America.

The Jubilee Gang was just at our church and it was truly an awesome experience. Jerry and Candy were excellent in every aspect of the event. From set up to tear down they were top notch. The services were relevant and the main focus was having Jesus be the Lord of your life, they also added a family worship time that I really enjoyed. Watching families singing together was just precious. We also had them for Chapel and all my students loved them. You really need to see Jubilee Gang!
